Everything you need to know before and after placing your saree order.
Ready-stock sarees are dispatched from our fulfillment hub within 3 to 4 working days, while upcoming or pre-booked pieces are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days once confirmed. Courier transit time varies depending on your delivery location, state, and courier partner, and will be visible via your tracking details once dispatched.
Orders can be cancelled or modified prior to dispatch. If you need adjustments, message our concierge team immediately on WhatsApp at +91 75698 03172. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
You can check your active order status and courier tracking details directly in Your Orders or by messaging our support concierge on WhatsApp. Automated SMS/email updates are not sent, but live shipment details are posted to your account page as soon as available.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect saree, please report it to our team promptly—ideally within 24 hours of delivery—via WhatsApp at +91 75698 03172 or email at manastoresupport@gmail.com with clear photos or an unboxing video. Verified claims are eligible for a prompt same-item replacement.
